Senior Business Development Executive

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized proposals and solutions that address client needs.

  • Present proposals and solutions to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our services.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Must be based in Kuching, Sarawak.

  • Understanding digital development and marketing strategies is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels of an organization.

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
